About The Position

Radio Frequency Semiconductor Operations is seeking an experienced and results-driven Value Stream Lead to manage and oversee our semiconductor back-end and SAWs Crystal Fabrication Value Stream. As a senior leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, lead cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end processes within the value stream to meet customer requirements. This role will play a critical part in achieving our goals in efficiency, quality, and cost management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
Prior Management or Leadership experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, and/or Quality.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with aerospace and defense industry standards or customers.
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar value streams successfully.
Expertise in back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes, including [assembly, packaging, testing, etc.].
Proficient in data analysis tools, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning software.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
EVMS certification
High computer literacy and with confidence and skill working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean or CORE/six sigma project implementation PowerPoint, Excel, Project and familiarity with Raytheon systems (PRISM, PDM, CMES)

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the semiconductor back-end value stream, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, customer commitments, and operational targets.
Develop and execute production schedules, capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet demand while optimizing productivity and costs.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including operators, engineers, and technical support staff. Foster collaboration and accountability across the team.
Identify and implement Lean principles, CORE methodologies, and other best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external customer requirements.
Work closely with engineering, production control, quality, and other cross business teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive innovation within the value stream.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, UH cost performance, COPQ, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate risks related to production schedules, yield issues, and technical challenges.
Serve as the primary interface with internal NHA customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
Lead the team through a period of rapid growth, process migration and new capital release to production.
