The Value and Productivity Leader for the Ultrasound Business Unit serves as the distributed execution engine for Cost Competitiveness, with a strong focus on driving cost productivity across all cost buckets (total landed cost E2E). This role involves providing executive sponsorship and leadership for the enterprise Value Creation Program, ensuring alignment with strategic, financial, and operational priorities. The leader will set and own the enterprise value agenda, identifying and prioritizing initiatives that drive margin improvement, productivity, and sustainable financial impact. They will partner with senior leaders across the business to design and execute transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and total value delivery. The position requires establishing robust governance, performance measurement, and reporting to track realized and forecasted benefits in close partnership with Finance. The individual will drive a disciplined, data-driven approach to initiative selection, investment decisions, and benefit realization, and champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and value ownership across the Ultrasound organization.
