About The Position

The Performance Center Specialist is responsible for monitoring industrial process assets to identify anomalies, analyze operational data, and support customer value creation. This role delivers proactive insights, weekly reporting, and escalation of critical issues while collaborating with internal experts and maintaining high-quality customer communication. Travel up to 10% may be required. Remotely monitor industrial process assets (e.g., paper machines, winders) using multiple data platforms. Analyze process data to identify abnormal conditions, trends, inefficiencies, and potential root causes. Provide weekly summary reports and daily issue alerting for assigned customer sites. Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for customers. Deliver insights professionally during customer calls and meetings. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to validate findings and support improvement actions. Participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage for remote support needs. Maintain strong customer focus and service orientation. Pursue continuous self-development in tools, process knowledge, and analytics techniques. Travel up to 10% for customer visits, training, or internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or industrial/process-focused technical work.
  • Ability to interpret industrial process data and identify abnormal conditions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage and track the progress of multiple projects.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-facing experience.
