About The Position

This is a seasonal valet position running from November 28 through December 24. The valet safely parks and retrieves vehicles, keeps accurate vehicle records and securely stores keys, and follows company policies and safety guidelines. The role involves welcoming guests, explaining parking procedures and fees, responding professionally to questions or concerns, and coordinating with teammates to provide efficient service. Valets help maintain a clean and organized parking area, provide additional assistance such as carrying bags or giving directions, manage parking spaces and fee collection, and promptly report maintenance or equipment problems. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to move quickly and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and securely store vehicle keys.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Explain parking procedures and fees, and assist guests with questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support colleagues during peak times and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and go beyond expectations to meet guest needs.
• Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and organized, including clearing debris and trash.
• Provide additional assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or giving directions.
• Manage parking spaces efficiently and ensure fees are collected accurately.
• Promptly report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.

Benefits

• Compensation of $19.00–$20.00 per hour plus tips.
