About The Position
Colonial Country Club is seeking friendly and professional Valets to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. As a Valet, you will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Requirements
- Previous valet or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Background check and drug screen are required.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and efficient valet area.
- Assist guests with belongings, directions, and club information.
- Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and in compliance with club standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the guest experience.
- Other job duties as assigned.
