About The Position

WasteFree is hiring a part-time evening Valet Trash Porter to collect trash and recycling at apartment communities in Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, and Plano. The role offers $25 or more per hour, paid biweekly, with shifts lasting approximately 3 to 4 hours. Work begins at 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and typically ends between 11:00 PM and midnight; Fridays and Saturdays are always off. Paid, hands-on training is provided, and no prior experience is needed. The position offers a monthly performance bonus of $100 or more and a $300 employee referral bonus. Porters work independently and may listen to music or podcasts while completing their routes. WasteFree notes opportunities to grow, including examples of leaders who began on trash routes. Applicants must have a pickup truck for work, a valid driver's license and insurance, and a smartphone with a data plan. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, taking stairs, and working outdoors in all weather.
