Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of company and departmental policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling routine calculations and operational tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and with guests.
  • Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, safely and efficiently.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • Capable of conveying information clearly and professionally in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
  • Able to understand and respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with courtesy and accuracy
  • Must be able to document incidents, complete reports, and follow written instructions precisely
  • Proficiency in communicating policies, procedures, and expectations to team members

  • Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
  • Valid Nevada Driver’s License required.
  • Current three-year driving record (Statement of Driving History) must be provided and maintained
  • Regularly required to stand for extended periods and use hands to handle tools, equipment, and objects
  • Frequently required to reach with arms, speak clearly, and actively listen in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual acuity required, including close vision, color differentiation, and peripheral awareness
  • Ability to lift and move: Up to 30 lbs regularly, Up to 50 lbs frequently, Up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance or equipment as needed)
  • Must be able to push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, and maintain balance in various work environments, including confined or crowded spaces
  • May be required to navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently in a dynamic and guest-facing setting

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in valet parking, bell service, or baggage handling is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, opening doors and offering a warm, professional welcome.
  • Safely park, retrieve, and maneuver guest vehicles in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the Bell Desk to ensure seamless guest service and timely assistance.
  • Provide bell service, including luggage delivery to and from guest rooms.
  • Operate and maintain knowledge of the valet ticketing and keyboard systems.
  • Deliver guest items such as sundries, mail, packages, laundry, and other requests promptly and accurately.
  • Transport guests to and from the airport or other designated locations as needed.
  • Assist with room changes and deliver pre-registration keys for overnight bus groups.
  • Support the Front Desk by checking in turnaround bus drivers and overnight groups when required.
  • Provide assistance with room "Q" requests and demonstrate the use of the Saflok Key System to guests.
  • Respond to guest vehicle jump-start requests, ensuring a signed release form is obtained prior to service.
  • Share information about hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with all guests and team members.
