About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Valet Supervisor is to manage all day-to-day operations for Bell and Valet Services. This role is responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting company values. The supervisor will provide exceptional guest service, run scheduled shifts, coordinate transportation requests, and maintain company vehicles. Additionally, they will train Valet Team Members, record vehicle damage, properly park and secure guest vehicles, and return them promptly and in the same condition as received. The role also ensures a clean and safe working environment, handles guest luggage with care, and performs any other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Technical skills including knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Aptitude for Guest Service, and the ability to work with constant schedule changes.
  • Ability to train, motivate, reward, and discipline Team Members.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, and independent judgment.
  • Knowledge of Rohnert Park and surrounding Sonoma County areas.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct all aspects of Valet.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year management experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service to all Team Members and guests.
  • Run all scheduled shifts under the direction of department leadership.
  • Coordinate all transportation requests.
  • Maintain all company vehicles to set standards.
  • Train all Valet Team Members.
  • Record any damage that exists on a guest's vehicle prior to accepting.
  • Properly and accurately park guests' vehicles in the correct parking area.
  • Lock vehicles and secure keys.
  • Return vehicles to guests in a prompt manner, in the same condition as it was received.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all team members and guests.
  • Handle guest luggage with care during Resort arrival and departure.
  • Perform any and all duties as assigned.
