About The Position

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you are responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles as part of the hotel's efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will perform these duties to high standards while demonstrating Hilton's values and key attributes, including hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, urgency, quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Retrieve vehicle keys from guests and provide receipts.
• Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Retrieve guest items from vehicles as requested.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
