We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Guest Services team. This is a unionized position. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be part of our front drive team, creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. This role is responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing friendly, professional service at all times. This is a tipped position, so earnings may include hourly pay plus tips. A Valet-Parking Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Hotel and you'll be part of a great team of helpful people who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. The Valet Attendant is a key member of the front drive and arrival team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
