About The Position

Join the team as a Valet Parking Attendant and welcome guests by providing efficient vehicle parking and retrieval. The role focuses on exceptional guest service, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Shifts are Thursdays and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. The position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and may require heavy lifting when handling vehicles.

Requirements

• Reliability and dependability.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience operating standard passenger cars.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or valet parking is highly desirable.
• Manual-transmission driving skills are preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Safely operate standard passenger cars, manual-transmission vehicles, and dealership vehicles.
• Handle guest vehicles securely, including heavy lifting when necessary for parking or retrieval.
• Process valet-service cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while following safety protocols.
