We are hiring Valet Parking Attendants to deliver top-tier service across the Queen City! From high-energy private events and bustling Uptown restaurants to sleek business hubs and medical offices, you'll be the first and last friendly face our guests see.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Energetic, punctual, customer-focused, and ready to hustle.
• Look sharp and professional! Attendants wear black khaki shorts or black khaki pants with a clean, branded shirt.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrate good customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to all company, departmental, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Project professionalism through your appearance and demeanor.
• Be neatly groomed (no visible tattoos).
• Be able to jog, walk, and stand for long periods (8–9 hours).
• Respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a stable, punctual work history.

Responsibilities

• Be the MVP of First Impressions: Greet guests with warm hospitality, handle vehicles safely, and park/retrieve cars promptly.
• Stay Active: Work outdoors, stay on your feet, and get your steps in while driving a variety of vehicles.
• Explore the City: Work dynamic shifts across diverse locations—top Charlotte restaurants, corporate offices, medical facilities, and exclusive private gatherings.
