About The Position

Responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The valet parking attendant returns vehicles from the parking lot promptly and safely and provides excellent customer service to each guest.

Requirements

• Must have excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• A background check of driving record will be completed.
• Must be able to operate and drive safely automatic and manual automobiles.
• Must undergo a DMV Check and a Drug Test.
• Must have a valid PA driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Valet driver experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Parking and retrieving guest / patron vehicles promptly, safely, and courteously.
• Conducting key and vehicle inventory.
• Completing all necessary parking garage forms and claim tickets.
• Assisting with guest luggage and providing direction and information to guests and patrons.
• Conducting cleaning of front drive area.
• Maintaining a clean and "smart" appearance of uniforms.
• Being knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.
• Being conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).
