About The Position

The Valet Parker - Support Services - Part-Time Nights position is a part-time role within the Parking department, requiring 20 hours per week. The schedule involves third shift work on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 pm to 7:00 am. This role is benefits eligible and offers a pay range of $18.85 - $28.30.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Clean driving record for five years.
  • Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

  • Mathematical skills preferred.
  • Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.
  • Must communicate professionally, be a good listener and be willing to assist anyone
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Sound basic math skills for processing payments and deposits
  • Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to the Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
  • Responsible for greeting guests with a helpful and caring attitude.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
  • Completes all forms and documents correctly.
  • Collects payments and secures cash and keys if required.
  • Completes in a timely manner all Medical Center and Department training requirements.
  • Drives golf cart as requested.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
