About The Position

The Valet Parker is responsible for greeting guests with a helpful and caring attitude, maintaining a clear and safe area for pedestrian and vehicular traffic, completing all forms and documents correctly, collecting payments and securing cash and keys if required, and completing all Medical Center and Department training requirements in a timely manner. The role also involves driving a golf cart as requested and performing other duties as assigned by management. This position adheres to Medical Center standards to promote a cooperative work environment.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Clean driving record for five years.
  • Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Must communicate professionally, be a good listener and be willing to assist anyone
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Sound basic math skills for processing payments and deposits
  • Able to stand or walk for prolonged periods

Nice To Haves

  • Mathematical skills preferred.
  • Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) preferred.
