About The Position

Valet Park of America (VPA) is seeking full-time Valet Parking Attendants in the Springfield, MA Area. VPA, based in Springfield, has been providing services in Western Mass since 1990. The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, park their vehicles, and serve as a visible representative of the establishment. After parking a vehicle, the attendant is expected to run back to their station to assist the next patron.

Requirements

  • Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (training can be arranged)
  • Have your own transportation (driving experience)
  • Have experience working in customer service
  • Be over the age of 18
  • Possess a valid Class D license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Have held a Class D license for at least one year prior to applying
  • Have an approved driving record
  • Maintain a Class D license in good standing for the duration of employment
  • Undergo a criminal records check
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
  • Maintain a neat appearance and a good attitude
