Valet Driver - Full Time
About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a full-time Valet Driver to welcome guests attentively, courteously, and efficiently, creating a positive first impression while parking vehicles for the day or overnight. The role also assists guests in and out of the resort and supports transportation needs. The Valet Driver helps provide a seamless arrival and departure experience and handles guest vehicles with care. The posting describes this role as part of the leadership team, with an emphasis on supporting and inspiring associates and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
- Experience operating various types of transportation vehicles, both automatic and manual.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be accepted by Kalahari Resort insurance.

Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
- Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events, and daily hotel activities.
- Assist guests in and out of the resort and support transportation needs.
- Park guest vehicles for the day or overnight.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
