About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a full-time Valet Driver to welcome guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner and provide a positive first impression while parking their vehicles for the day or overnight. The role also provides assistance in and out of the resort and supports guests’ transportation needs. Valet Drivers help create a seamless arrival and departure experience by making guests feel welcome and handling their vehicles with care.
Requirements
- Experience operating various types of transportation vehicles, including automatic and manual vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptance by Kalahari Resort insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and Associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Load and unload luggage carts and assist guests with tagging, storing, and retrieving luggage.
- Open vehicle and hotel doors and greet arriving and departing guests.
- Respond to guest questions and provide information about local attractions, events, and daily hotel activities.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
