Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Top level customer service experience
- Must be able to drive standard and automatic vehicles
- Valid CA Drivers license

- Fluid knowledge and understanding of the local area, community events, and activities available to guests of the Hotel
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist all arriving guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle.
- Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.
- Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and directions.
- Ensure hotel entrance is free of litter and debris at all times.
- Respond to guest needs promptly in delivering items such as dry cleaning, newspapers, packages.
- Greet guests upon arrival.
- Perform valet ticketing duties.
- Drive guests' cars to assigned parking facility.
- Assess and note any vehicle damages.
- Follow all traffic regulations using extreme caution.
