As a Valet Attendant, you are the first impression, responsible for setting a welcoming tone with a warm smile and graceful service. This role contributes to creating an elegant and effortless experience for guests, embodying refined comfort and coastal sophistication without pretense. The position requires a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor, with a passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections. Experience in valet, bell service, or luxury hospitality is preferred. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, offering information about parking and local recommendations, and assisting with luggage. Maintaining a polished appearance and upholding the hotel's standards of personalized service are key. The Valet Attendant contributes to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel truly cared for.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years driving experience).
  • Open availability—including weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections.
  • Must have valid driver’s license (2 years).
  • Must be available to work on Weekends and Holidays.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • You are energetic and outgoing and can stand, run, and carry guests luggage.
  • You are a great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • You have experience with customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in valet, bell service, or luxury hospitality preferred.
  • Experience working as a valet is an extra plus.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Safely Park and retrieve vehicles, handling each guest’s property with care and professionalism.
  • Offer clear information about parking, directions, and local recommendations.
  • Assist with luggage and ensure guests feel at ease every step of the way.
  • Maintain a polished appearance and uphold The Clement’s standards of personalized, thoughtful service.
  • Contribute to a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel truly cared for.
  • Cheerfully greet hotel guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
  • Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles.
  • Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
  • Maintain company uniform appearance, cheerfully greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and be a pleasure to be with.
  • Be outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with luggage weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
