Luxury Hotel Bell/Valet Attendant
About The Position
Propark Mobility is currently hiring Bell/Valet Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Maintaining a professional appearance and resolving customer issues are also key aspects of the position. The job requires being outdoors and active most of the day, involving standing, walking, and potentially lifting items up to 50lbs. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing.
- Able to stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language.
- Friendly, professional approach to everyone.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Valet parking experience: 1 year+
- Customer service experience: 1 year+
Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance.
- Resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as assigned by local management.
