Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Top level customer service experience
  • Must be able to drive standard and automatic vehicles
  • Valid CA Drivers license

  • Fluid knowledge and understanding of the local area, community events, and activities available to guests of the Hotel

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all arriving guests by helping unload luggage from vehicle.
  • Assist guests with luggage to and from rooms.
  • Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and directions.
  • Ensure hotel entrance is free of litter and debris at all times.
  • Respond to guest needs promptly in delivering items such as dry cleaning, newspapers, packages.
  • Greet guests upon arrival.
  • Perform valet ticketing duties.
  • Drive guests' cars to assigned parking facility.
  • Assess and note any vehicle damages.
  • Follow all traffic regulations using extreme caution.
