Valet Attendant - Full Time

In this highly interactive role, you’ll be the face of our hotel—welcoming guests with a smile, assisting with luggage, safely parking vehicles, and serving as our local expert to help travelers navigate the city. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, run, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
- Safely park guests' vehicles in designated areas, ensuring security and proper positioning.
- Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring minimal wait times.
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, including ticketing and documenting any damages or special instructions.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the valet parking area.
- Assist with luggage loading/unloading as needed.
- Follow safety protocols, traffic laws, and hotel procedures when handling vehicles.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
