About The Position

The Valet Attendant helps ensure guest clothing and employee uniforms are cleaned in a timely and cost-efficient manner. The role presses guest clothing and staff uniforms and delivers guest laundry. The attendant also takes action on matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of hotel guests and employees, and responds swiftly and effectively to hotel emergencies or safety situations. The position is full-time, with scheduled days and times that may vary based on business needs; the hospitality business operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand continuously for 8 hours.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Laundry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Press guest clothing and staff uniforms in a timely manner.
• Deliver guest laundry.
• Take action on matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of hotel guests and employees.
