About The Position

Valet Park of America is hiring full-time and part-time Valet Attendants in the Worcester area for overnight shifts. The ideal candidate can work 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; the exact schedule will be discussed during the interview. Day and night shifts may be accommodated, and schedules are flexible where possible. Weekends and holidays may be required. The attendant greets and assists customers, parks their vehicles, and serves as a visible representative of the establishment. After parking a vehicle, the attendant returns to the station to assist the next patron. The work is outdoors for the duration of the shift and involves frequent running, standing, entering and exiting vehicles, and lifting items such as wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, and gifts. Weather conditions can significantly affect the work environment; shifts are not canceled due to inclement weather, and employees are expected to attend scheduled shifts and maintain a high quality of work. Valets typically earn $21–$25 or more per hour from base pay of $18 per hour plus tips. Payroll is weekly, with checks, direct deposit, or a pay card; tips are taken home each shift.
