About The Position

Premium Parking is seeking a part-time Valet Attendant in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The attendant creates a welcoming first and last impression for guests by greeting them, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and helping provide a smooth, memorable guest experience. The role involves customer service, vehicle handling, traffic direction, maintaining the parking area, and supporting events and busy periods. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Ability to walk briskly or jog.
• Ability to bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.
• Ability to consistently push and pull, such as when opening and closing car doors, throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend and twist when getting in and out of a vehicle, as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, including rain, cold, heat, and humidity.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to comfortably drive and operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Previous experience in a related field.
• At least 6 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including vehicles with automatic and standard transmissions.
• Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required.
• Direct vehicles and keep drive lanes clear to support smooth traffic flow.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
• Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns.
