About The Position

East Coast Valet is seeking to hire 3-4 Valet Parking Attendants for full-time or part-time positions in the Margate, FL area. The primary purpose of this role is to greet customers, park their vehicles, and serve as a representative of the establishment. Attendants are expected to return to their station promptly after parking a vehicle to assist the next patron. The company has been providing services in Southern Florida since 1990 and emphasizes a positive company culture, growth opportunities, and employee recognition. Requirements

  • Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (training can be arranged).
  • Have your own transportation (driving experience).
  • Have experience working in customer service.
  • Be over the age of 18 (due to laws about operating heavy machinery).
  • Possess a valid Class D license to operate a motor vehicle, held for at least one year prior to applying.
  • Provide a driving record at the time of application that must be approved.
  • Keep the Class D license in good standing for the duration of employment.
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Have a neat appearance and a good attitude.
  • Undergo a criminal records check.

  • Complete a 30-day trial period.
  • Train for four shifts (during which tips are not received but a higher pay rate is compensated).

Responsibilities
