About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing safe, efficient service. The role involves keeping track of keys and vehicles, maintaining an organized operation, and creating a positive environment for customers and teammates. The schedule is flexible, with shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm.

Requirements

• Entry-level position.
• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality and a strong work ethic.
• Able to smile during customer interactions and willing to go the extra mile.
• Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
• Able to run and move quickly.
• Able to organize cars efficiently.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Able to create relationships with customers and stay organized.
• Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider.

• Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
• Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain organization at the operation.
• Be enthusiastic and create a positive environment for customers and teammates.
• Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
• Help facilitate the transition at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a sharp, neat appearance and grooming.
• Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
• Adhere to VPNE’s attendance policy.
