About The Position

The Valet Attendant makes an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with guests and customers in a positive, friendly manner and providing a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English.
Be friendly and outgoing, with an upbeat personality, a strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Smile during customer interactions and be able to build relationships with customers.
Maintain uniform standards while on the job premises.
Be able to run and move quickly.
Be able to organize cars efficiently.
Be able to stand for long periods.
Be able to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residency.
Pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
Have a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider.

Responsibilities

Keep the safety of self and others in mind.
Operate vehicles safely to minimize the potential for accidents.
Keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
Provide an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain organization at the operation.
Create a positive environment for customers and teammates through enthusiasm about the job.
Use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.
Help facilitate the transition at the end of the shift.
Maintain a sharp, neatly groomed appearance.
Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
Adhere to VPNE's attendance policy.
