About The Position

LAZ Parking is seeking friendly, reliable, and energetic Valet Attendants to join our Hospitality team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safe, efficient vehicle handling. Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, food service, etc.)
• Must be able to drive stick shift
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Create a positive first impression and deliver excellent customer service
• Open and close doors for guests
• Assist with luggage as needed
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Direct traffic to maintain smooth vehicle flow
• Issue valet tickets and explain the retrieval process
• Turn off vehicles and secure keys properly
• Work independently or with a team
• Maintain professionalism in all guest interactions
• Go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
