The Bell / Valet Attendant plays a pivotal role as the first and last contact for guests at our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and making guests feel welcomed. This position involves warmly greeting guests upon arrival and departure, handling guest luggage, and parking guest cars with care, delivering packages/mail/amenities to guest rooms, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the driveway, lobby, and other common areas. The Bell / Valet Attendant is the face of the hotel and is crucial in creating an excellent first impression.
