About The Position

Hotel Equities is searching for a House Attendant for the Hilton Harrisburg in Harrisburg, PA. The position involves cleaning and maintaining public areas of the hotel, and assisting room/suite attendants with general cleaning of guest rooms and suites. This includes tasks such as vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning and waxing floors, trash removal, and stocking supply rooms.

Requirements

Ability to arrive at work on time and when scheduled.

Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as latex and/or rubber gloves, and closed-toe and heel shoes with rubber soles.

Responsibilities

Cleans public corridors, which may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, wiping, and dusting.
Delivers linen and supplies to room attendants and stocks cage areas.
Participates in the scheduled general cleaning of guest rooms.
Reports maintenance requests to ensure public areas comply with brand standards.
Demonstrates working knowledge of service standards.
Assists with projects as requested.
Assists co-workers as requested.
