About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for on-call opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and assisting guests with self-park vehicles. The attendant will also inspect vehicles, maintain uniform appearance, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with. The position requires being outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Additional tasks may include small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
• Flexibility Required

Nice To Haves

• Valet parking: 1 year+
• Customer service: 1 year+
• Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Maintain company uniform appearance.
• Resolve issues.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
