On-Call Valet
About The Position
Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Attendants for on-call opportunities to start immediately. The role involves cheerfully greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and timely, explaining parking rates, and providing instructions for self-park retrieval. You will also inspect vehicles, maintain a professional appearance, resolve issues, and be an all-around pleasure to be with. The job requires being outside and active most of the day, standing, walking, and potentially helping with items weighing up to 50lbs. Local management may also assign small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Ability to drive stick-shift/manual cars.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Responsibilities
- Cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
- Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
- Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
- Maintain company uniform appearance.
- Resolve issues.
- Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
- Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.
