Quality Sewing & Vacuum is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vacuum Repair Technician to join our established team at our Tukwila, WA location. Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude : A love for working with your hands and solving electro-mechanical problems.
• Ability to read service manuals, parts catalogs, and circuit diagrams.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for team and customer interaction.
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 40 lbs and work in a retail environment around dirt and pet dander (PPE provided).

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of vacuum cleaners.
• Replace or repair defective parts such as motors, brushes, belts, and fans.
• Perform regular maintenance, including lubrication and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and parts inventory.
• Consult with customers to provide accurate estimates and resolve concerns.
