About The Position

The Repair Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs at the station on Air Cargo equipment (Containers, Pallets, Nets).

Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Ability to interface with computers/tablets
Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task and apply initiative
Positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
Safety conscious
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
Must be able to pass drug test per Federal Aviation Association (FAA) requirements
Prolonged periods of standing and walking; ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to service equipment

TIG welding experience preferred
Related experience preferred

Abide by all company and aviation authority rules and guidelines
Perform maintenance on Air Cargo equipment in accordance with applicable regulated maintenance documents, to include: Sheet metal repair, drilling, riveting, etc.; Documenting work performed; Interfacing with computers/tablets; Reporting discrepancies; Maintaining organized work-station area, including parts, tools, and supplies.
Assist with upkeep of the facility
Performs other duties as assigned

Base Pay
Annual Target Bonus, awarded based on company performance
