About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is hiring a Vacation Sales Representative to work inside Bass Pro Shops. The representative engages with customers and introduces vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly, professional manner in a high-energy retail environment. The role includes presenting vacation ownership benefits, learning about guests’ travel interests, working toward sales goals, and providing concierge-style recommendations and discounted vacation packages. Training is provided to develop sales skills and maintain knowledge of offerings.

The position offers an $18 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. The employer highlights day-one medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, discounted team-member travel, and ongoing training and development. Employees must be available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Comfort using a computer for everyday tasks.

Nice To Haves

• College education.
• One year of sales experience; the posting notes that a positive demeanor and willingness to learn are even more important.
• Experience in industries such as finance, investments, real estate, luxury goods, fundraising, entrepreneurship, premium automotive sales, hospitality, or personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage Bass Pro Shops customers to promote vacation ownership opportunities in a friendly and professional manner.
• Deliver presentations highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership.
• Establish trust with guests and identify their travel interests and needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Recommend local attractions and offer discounted vacation packages while providing concierge-style service.
• Participate in training to sharpen skills and stay informed about the company’s offerings.
