About The Position

Vacation Sales Managers are part of the Retail Marketing team, responsible for marketing and selling affordable, family-friendly mini vacation packages through retail locations within Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® nationwide. The role involves leading and maintaining a high-performing sales team of 3-4 Sales Representatives, focusing on engaging potential customers to generate leads and sell vacation packages in a fun, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
