Vacation Sales Managers are integral to the Retail Marketing team, focusing on the marketing and sale of affordable, family-friendly mini vacation packages through retail locations situated within Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s® across the country. This role demands leadership in fostering and maintaining a high-performing team within an enjoyable work environment. Key responsibilities include staffing, developing, and guiding a proactive sales team of 3-4 Sales Representatives. These representatives are tasked with engaging potential customers to generate leads and successfully sell vacation packages, benefiting from an uncapped commission structure where their sales directly influence their earnings, and consequently, the manager's earnings. Sales are typically closed efficiently, often in under 10 minutes, to enthusiastic customers.
