About The Position

Vacation Sales Managers work in the Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. This role involves leading a high-performing team of 3-4 Sales Representatives in a lively environment, engaging with customers and selling vacation packages. Sales representatives benefit from uncapped commission, which also increases the manager's earnings. The team typically finalizes a sale in under 10 minutes. Requirements

  • Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service, particularly in a commission-based role.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit, with proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
