About The Position

Vacation Sales Managers work in our Retail Marketing team, selling vacation getaways in Bass Pro Shops® and Cabela’s®. This role involves leading a high-performing team of 3-4 Sales Representatives in a lively environment, engaging with customers and selling vacation packages. Sales representatives benefit from uncapped commission, which also increases the manager's earnings. The team typically finalizes sales quickly, leading to satisfied vacationers. Requirements

  • Passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement
  • A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service, particularly in a commission-based role
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are vital
  • Self-motivated and possess a driven spirit, with proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
