About The Position

The Vacation Sales Concierge position pays a base wage of $18.00 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $38,900 and $107,900. The role involves assisting in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Requirements

Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
