About The Position

We're a family-owned kitchen, bathroom, and flooring remodeling company based in Southern California with over 40 years of experience. We're looking for a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator to support our Production Team by ensuring remodeling projects move smoothly from start to finish while providing an outstanding customer experience. This is not an onsite construction management role. We are looking for someone with experience coordinating projects remotely for U.S.-based companies.

Requirements

2+ years of remote Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Client Success, or Account Coordinator experience
Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies
Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, or client accounts remotely
Strong customer service and client communication skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet home office
Computer capable of handling multiple applications simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Home remodeling, construction, home services, logistics, or property management experience is a plus
Experience using CRMs, project management software, or scheduling platforms
Experience working with remote teams
Backup internet connection preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple remodeling projects simultaneously
Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams
Maintain constant communication with clients, installers, vendors, and internal departments
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Order materials and monitor delivery timelines
Process project documentation accurately and on time
Assist with financing paperwork and project documentation
Collect and record customer payments
Resolve scheduling conflicts and project issues proactively
Follow up with customers throughout the project to ensure an excellent experience
Maintain accurate records within our CRM and project management systems
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Installation teams
