File managers work alongside case managers and attorneys to ensure fully developed files and exceptional service for our clients. Regular attention to daily task list with a keen eye towards upcoming hearings and deadlines is critical. File Manager's prepare, submit, follow-up on, and log medical records and other requests. Phone call coverage and routing calls to the team, case manager, or attorney, may also be required. This position requires great attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills. Communication with clients, medical facilities, and other government entities as needed to ensure a complete file.
