About The Position

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow UX/EX Designer focused on creating exceptional digital experiences for employees. The professional will work with UX/UI Design, ServiceNow Employee Center, and Employee Center Pro, developing user-centered experiences and self-service solutions that contribute to improving the work environment experience. The role involves designing end-to-end experiences for employees using ServiceNow Employee Center, ITSM, and Enterprise Service Management solutions, creating user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives and employee needs, defining information architecture, navigation structures, and content organization strategies. The designer will conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and persona development activities, create journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and apply best practices for ServiceNow Next Experience and Employee Center design. The position will design modern employee portals providing access to IT, HR, Facilities, Knowledge, and Enterprise Services, aiming to improve self-service adoption through intuitive and accessible experiences. Responsibilities include optimizing search experiences, content discovery, and portal usability, analyzing adoption metrics, user behavior, and usability feedback for continuous improvement, simplifying Service Catalog experiences, and optimizing request flows. Collaboration with architects, business analysts, developers, and ITSM/Change Management teams is essential for delivering excellent user experiences. Other area routines are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in UX/UI Design.
  • Experience with developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Solid experience with Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, and Service Portal.
  • Experience with developing user-centered digital experiences and self-service portals.
  • Solid knowledge of User Research, Persona Development, and Journey Mapping.
  • Experience with Information Architecture, Wireframing, and Prototyping.
  • Experience in applying design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Strong knowledge of UX best practices for corporate applications.
  • Experience with usability testing and user feedback analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Completed Graduation.
