About The Position

360training is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is a hybrid marketing and UX/UI design position, responsible for creating engaging marketing and digital assets, as well as intuitive website user interface designs. Working as part of an in-house team in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, this designer will produce social media graphics, banners, landing pages, and sales collateral, while also designing website visuals, user flows, and interactive prototypes. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and developers to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints, enhancing both the company’s marketing materials, brand, and its UX/UI. This position requires a balance of creative graphic production and user-centered design thinking, utilizing tools like Figma daily for design system iteration and delivering consistent, high-quality visuals. Primary outcomes include delivering on-brand marketing assets, improving live site UX/UI, and supporting consistent adoption of the design system. This position is full-time and remote, reporting to the Senior Creative Manager within the Marketing Services team.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of design experience (marketing, web, or agency experience is a plus).
  • Portfolio showing both marketing creative (ads, social, banners, collateral) and UX/UI work (wireframes, UI designs, prototypes)
  • Proficient in Figma for UX/UI design and prototyping, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for both digital and print; strong sense of typography, layout, and brand.
  • Strong foundation in visual design principles and UX fundamentals (typography, layout, branding, interaction design, responsive patterns)
  • Working knowledge of front-end constraints (responsive behavior, basic HTML/CSS awareness) to produce implementation-ready designs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with marketing, product, and development teams; able to explain decisions and iterate on feedback
  • User-centered, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • E-commerce experience preferred, especially designing for product pages, checkout flows, conversion paths, and online purchase experiences
  • Asana knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create a variety of marketing and digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, landing pages, and sales collateral, that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate campaign messages. Ensure each asset is visually compelling and aligned with overall brand identity across print and digital channels.
  • Develop user-centered interface designs for responsive web experiences. This includes crafting user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups or prototypes in Figma to ensure intuitive, engaging user experiences that balance aesthetics with usability. Executes assigned work and escalates scope, requirements gaps, or cross-project conflicts to the Senior UX/UI Designer.
  • Work within and contribute to the company’s design system and style guides. Use component libraries and design tokens in Figma to maintain a cohesive look and feel across all outputs, from marketing materials to UI. Ensure consistency in typography, color, and layout in every project. Document system gaps and propose improvements through the established governance process.
  • Review and proof all design outputs for accuracy and polish before publication or development handoff. Ensure that designs follow usability and accessibility best practices. Optimize graphics for different screen sizes to be responsive and user-friendly, and adhering to any relevant standards.
  • Review live pages and competitor experiences to identify usability issues, inconsistent UI patterns, and areas for improvement. Document findings and recommend actionable updates that can improve clarity, engagement, conversion, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign goals and with software developers to implement designs. Translate requirements into visual concepts and iterate based on feedback, ensuring designs are technically feasible and aligned with user needs.
  • Maintain organized files, libraries, source documents, and exports for easy access, reuse, and efficient workflows. Ensure project files are consistently named, stored, and structured to support cross-team collaboration.
  • Participate in sprint-based planning and delivery, including bi-weekly Sprint Nights, and complete assigned tickets (site updates, UI fixes, content/layout changes) with strong attention to detail.
  • Present design concepts, prototypes, and visual ideas to stakeholders and justify design decisions. Clearly communicate the rationale behind design choices and incorporate stakeholder feedback while upholding user experience best practices.
