About The Position

We are looking for a Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. This Is a UX Role in which you will be leading user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products, translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Requirements

At least five years of UX/UI research and design experience.
Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.
A proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization.

Responsibilities

Leading user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products.
Translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences.
Leveraging AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts.
Developing AI-rendered prototypes and supporting usability testing.
Identifying opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
Facilitating team member interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process and task-flow definition, user feedback sessions, and usability testing.
Challenging assumptions and advocating for evidence-based solutions.
Collaborating closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional partners.
Working with Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools to deliver value-based outcomes.
