About The Position

HeyMilo Labs is seeking experienced UX researchers for paid, recorded conversations with other research professionals. Participants discuss research decisions, debate methodologies, and explain how they interpret evidence and communicate findings. These conversations help train and evaluate AI systems. After an initial screening, selected applicants will be invited to a paid, recorded discussion with a research professional who has a similar background. The conversation will cover a topic within their shared expertise, including research choices and differing interpretations. Recordings may be licensed to AI developers for training and evaluation under terms agreed upon before accepting an assignment. Applicants should use fictional or anonymized research examples and be comfortable appearing on video with their face visible, without filters or background blur. Pay is $40–$100 per hour. The rate, expected time commitment, and recording-use and licensing terms will be shared before an assignment is accepted. Applicants should provide their research background, methods and subject areas, availability, time zone, and spoken languages.
