About The Position

Working with stakeholders, product owners, designers, developers, and other partners, the researcher will uncover behavioral insights across audiences and help ensure Carrier’s digital products reflect users’ lived experiences. The work spans innovation, digital, and design initiatives, from exploring new opportunities to improving designs at varying stages of development. The role also contributes to the growth of Carrier Digital’s Design Research practice.
