Requirements

• Three years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Provides usability services to business and IT teams for web and mobile applications across multiple platforms, for low to mid-scale scope projects.
• Conducts studies and reviews research on human factors response to bring value to Vanguard's business, technology, and processes.
• Supports and/or conducts user interviews and contextual inquiries to identify user needs and gather user feedback. Ensures privacy and conducts sessions in a professional manner.
• Collects data, analyzes, and summarizes results. Assists in presenting to design teams and decision makers.
• Contributes actionable suggestions based on knowledge of target user base and usability best practices. Educates project teams and crew regarding usability's purpose and value.
• Composes an analysis of findings and makes recommendations for user interface enhancements. Presents findings to project teams. May present to senior leaders if needed.
• Socializes test/research plans with key project team and business partners. Discusses adoption of critical usability findings. Works to integrate usability findings into practice by developing buy-in from the business.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
